Wrapping Up 2014 at Anahuac NWR

Finally, after what seemed to be two weeks without any blue skies to temper my digital images, there it was; Blue Sky. There was a cloud bank on the South East and North West Horizons. The Blue Sky would last only a couple hours, so I started looking for subjects to capture.
Again, I started at Frozen Point.

This is View to the North West. Yeah, I tweaked the contrast....just a little.

When Harriers frolic.
I don't know if this is a territorial behavior  or just early morning antics

Last Posting I Posted the Male Northern Harrier. This is the Female Northern Harrier.

Prairie Falcon

Rule 6: When Wildlife pose, take the picture!!
While  shooting the Prairie Falcon this Ibis flew up to this post very close to the falcon.
It sit there until I took this picture and then it moved on.
